If your advisory team has sent you a Pulse Credit voucher, redeeming it adds the credit to your Fortis Pulse balance in a few seconds. From there it can pay for Pulse AI usage or your plan subscription. You'll need the voucher code from the email your advisory team sent you.
💡 Tip — Who can use this All clients, including trials. Codes are single-use and expire one year after they're issued.

Step 2: Click Redeem Pulse Credits
In the Balance section, next to your current balance, click Redeem Pulse Credits.

Type or paste the code from the email (it starts with fpc_), then click Redeem.

⚠️ Warning — Codes can only be used once If the code has already been redeemed, you'll see "This code has already been redeemed." Expired codes show an expiry message. Codes only work for the client they were issued to — a code sent to another company can't be redeemed from your account.
Step 4: Check your new balance
You'll see a confirmation with the amount credited. Click Done.

Your balance updates immediately, and the credit appears in your transaction history as Pulse Credit.

📝 Note — What the credit can pay for Your balance can fund Pulse AI usage, or pay for an Access plan — on the plan cards, choose Access and click Pay with Balance when your balance covers the price. If your plan is managed by your advisory firm, the credit waits in your balance until your account bills directly.
