The Usage & Billing tab doesn't just show your plan — it shows exactly how you're using Pulse AI and where your money is going. This guide explains the usage and transaction sections so you can track your spend.

What you'll see
Included Usage This Period — progress bars showing how much of your tier's included quota you've used, per category. Helps you see if you're close to running out.
This Month — a detailed breakdown of your AI usage:
- Tokens used and the cost for the current month.
- Lifetime tokens — your all-time usage.
- Per-interaction counts — how many of each AI feature you've used (deep- dives, pillar analyses, chats, messages, and so on).
Recent Transactions — a paginated table of every token charge: the date, the interaction type, tokens consumed, cost, and your balance after each one. Use the page-size selector to show 10, 20, or 50 rows.
Payment History (if you have orders) — a table of your purchases: top-ups, auto-recharges, subscription starts, and renewals, with the method and amount.
💡 Tip — Use this to predict your spend If you're on a metered plan, the This Month section is your best tool for budgeting. Watch the per-feature counts to see which AI features cost you the most, and adjust your usage or set up Auto-Recharge accordingly.
