Fortis Pulse can package your published advisory into three report types, each suited to a different audience and available at different tiers. This guide explains what each one is for and when you'll see it.
💡 Tip — Who can use this Relevant to all clients (report availability varies by tier).
Quick reference
| Report | Available from | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | All tiers | Routine period review |
| Quarterly | Partner and higher | Broader quarterly roll-up |
| Board-ready | Executive | Board / stakeholder presentation |
The three report types
Monthly — A standard summary of a single published period: your scores, flags, and the advisory commentary for that month. Available to all clients, so every plan can download a monthly report for any published period.
Quarterly — A broader roll-up that spans a quarter rather than a single month, useful for reviewing trends over a longer window. Available on the Partner tier and above.
Board-ready — A polished, presentation-formatted report designed for sharing with a board or external stakeholders. It's the most formal output. Available only on the Executive tier.
How to get them
Reports are generated on demand from the Reports page. Each published period lists the report types available to your tier, each with a Download button. Click to generate and save the file to your device.
📝 Note — Reports need a published period A period only appears on the Reports page once your advisory commentary has been published for it. If you don't see a period you expected, confirm your partner has finished and published it.
💡 Tip — Upgrade for more report types If the Quarterly or Board-ready options don't appear, they're not included in your current tier. See our guide on upgrading your plan to unlock them.
