When AI Commentary Appears vs. Waits for Your Partner

Pulse AI writes advisory commentary automatically when you submit data — but when you actually see it depends on your plan. This guide explains the two paths so you know what to expect.

💡 Tip — Who can use this Relevant to all clients.

Quick reference

Plan When you see AI commentary
Trial Automatically, shortly after submitting
Paid After your partner reviews and publishes

The two paths

Trial plans — automatic. When you submit data on a Trial plan, Pulse AI's draft is published immediately. Within a few minutes you'll see the scores and advisory commentary on your dashboard, no partner action needed. This lets trial users experience the full loop without waiting.

Paid plans — partner-reviewed. On Access, Partner, and Executive plans, the Pulse AI draft goes to your advisory partner as a draft, not to you. Your partner reviews it, adjusts the scores and commentary using their judgment, and then publishes the period. Only then does the advisory appear on your dashboard.

This is intentional: on a paid engagement, your advisor's expertise should shape the narrative before you see it. The AI does the first draft; your partner does the final word.

Why this matters

If you're on a paid plan and your Advisory Commentary page shows "analysis in progress" or is empty right after you submit, that's normal — the AI may have already drafted it, but it's waiting on your partner to publish. There's nothing broken.

💡 Tip — Trial vs paid, same AI The AI analysis itself is the same quality either way — the difference is purely whether it's auto-published (Trial) or partner-gated (paid). When you upgrade from Trial to a paid plan, expect your partner to become the gatekeeper for publication.

📝 Note — Partners can re-run Pulse AI If your partner wants a fresh AI take on a period (for example, after you resubmit or correct data), they can re-run the Pulse AI advisor from their review workspace. That generates a new draft for them to review.
