Step 3 of the data submission wizard collects your operational excellence — delivery reliability and issue resolution, which drive the Operations pillar. This guide covers the operational step.
💡 Tip — Who can use this Available to all clients, in the Submit Data wizard (Step 3).
Quick reference
| Step | Action |
|---|---|
| 1 | Enter your delivery numbers — all optional |
Step 1 — Enter operational metrics
Step 3 (Operational) asks for three fields — every one of them optional:
- Orders/deliveries completed on time (%) — the share of orders, deliveries, or jobs done when promised.
- Avg Issue Resolution (days) — from a complaint or problem appearing to it being fixed.
- Plans finished vs planned (%) — the share of planned initiatives completed this period. Drives the Intelligence pillar alongside your decision data.
These feed your Operations pillar score and its diagnostic flags.
📝 Note — You can skip what you don't track All operational fields are optional — leave one blank, estimate with a range (for example "75–100%"), or tap I don't track this, and your submission still goes through. Filling them in gives you a more comprehensive score, so we encourage completing everything you can. If you skip the completion rate, your Intelligence pillar will rely more heavily on your decision data alone.
💡 Tip — Be honest about delivery rate The delivery on-time metric directly shapes your Operations score and can raise flags if it drops. An honest number gives you an accurate read on operational health — gaming it hides problems you'd want to catch.
