Action items are tasks your advisory partner has flagged for you — they appear on your Executive Overview and on the Flags & Actions page. Acknowledging one marks it as seen and accepted. This guide shows you how.

Step 1 — Acknowledge an action item
On your Executive Overview (in the Action Items section) or on the Flags & Actions page (under Advisory Action Items), each action item shows its description, owner, due date, and an Acknowledge button.
Click Acknowledge on any item assigned to you. It's marked as acknowledged, signalling to your partner that you've seen and accepted it.
📝 Note — Acknowledging isn't the same as completing Acknowledging means you've seen the action and accept it's yours to handle. It doesn't mark the task done — that's tracked separately by your partner based on the work. Think of it as "noted," not "finished."
💡 Tip — Keep your action items current Review your action items regularly and acknowledge new ones promptly. It helps your partner know you're engaged and prevents items from slipping past their due dates unnoticed.
