The four bands

Health bands translate the 0–100 score into a quick-read label:

  • Excellent (80+) — this area of your business is performing strongly.
  • Good (60–79) — healthy, though there may be room to push higher.
  • Warn (40–59) — worth attention; the area is underperforming and could drag down your overall health.
  • Critical (below 40) — needs prompt action; the area is seriously underperforming.

📝 Note — Bands are display labels, not separate scores The bands are just readable groupings of the underlying 0–100 number. Your composite score is calculated from the raw pillar numbers, not the bands.

⚠️ Warning — Don't confuse bands with your subscription tier "Excellent," "Good," "Warn," and "Critical" describe health, not your plan (Trial, Access, Partner, Executive). They're completely separate concepts — see our dedicated guide on the difference.
