When you join Fortis Pulse, your advisory team captures your company profile and contact details during onboarding — your industry, business stage, team size, revenue range, reporting cadence, and the advisory domains you need help with. This guide shows you where to find that information and how to update what you can.

💡 Tip — Who can use this Available to all clients. Find your profile under Settings in the left-hand menu.

Quick reference

Step Action
1 Open Settings to see your company profile
2 Use the Account tab to update your contact details

Step 1 — View your company profile

Click Settings in the left-hand menu. The Profile tab opens first and shows the information captured when your organization was set up.

The Settings Profile tab showing company profile fields

You'll see:

  • Industry, Business Stage, Team Size, and Revenue Range
  • Reporting Cadence (how often you submit data)
  • Top Challenges — what your organization needs the most help with
  • Priority Advisory Domains — the advisory areas you've prioritized

📝 Note — Company profile is read-only Your company profile is kept consistent across your engagement, so these fields are read-only. If something here needs updating — for example, your team size has grown or your industry classification is off — contact your advisory partner and they'll update it for you.

Step 2 — Update your contact details on the Account tab

Click the Account tab to update how your advisor reaches you. Unlike the company profile, your contact details are editable.

The Account tab with editable contact fields

You can edit:

  • Contact Name — who your advisor should ask for
  • Email and Phone — your direct contact details
  • Company Address
  • Monthly Revenue Target — the number your dashboard tracks against
  • Gross Profit Margin Target (%) — your profitability goal

📝 Note — Currency is set during onboarding Currency is chosen when your account is set up and managed by your advisory partner — contact them to change it.

When you've made your changes, click Save Changes. You'll see a green confirmation letting you know your contact details were saved.
