Results Margin, retention, and cash health

The six pillars

Focus — Strategic alignment from the CEO to the front line. Tracks whether your strategic priorities (rocks) are advancing on schedule and whether you're hitting revenue targets.

Operations — Building systems that don't break under pressure. Measures delivery reliability (on-time rate) and issue-resolution speed.

Results — Moving beyond lagging financials to leading performance signals. Combines margin health, customer retention, and cash position into one real-time performance signal.

Transformation — Building the future while running the present. Tracks whether transformation initiatives are advancing through your pipeline and the intensity of team investment behind them.

Intelligence — Making decisions based on high-quality data, not gut feelings. Measures decision velocity (on-time, cadence, cycle-time) and the rate at which planned initiatives actually complete.

Systems — The human element, measured through objective proxies. Tracks voluntary attrition, tenure, time-to-fill key roles, and training investment per employee.

📝 Note — Each pillar needs specific data Each pillar is driven by particular metrics you submit. If you skip a metric, its pillar shows partial or no data. Submitting complete data across all six areas gives you a full, accurate composite score.
