The Review & Submit step of the submission wizard shows a data coverage preview — a soft warning that predicts which pillars will show partial or no data based on what you've entered. This guide explains how to read it.

💡 Tip — Who can use this Available to all clients, in the Submit Data wizard (Review step).

Quick reference

Step Action
1 Review the coverage preview before submitting

Step 1 — Read the coverage preview

On the Review & Submit step (Step 6), after the read-only recap of your entries, the coverage preview warns you if any pillars will compute as "Partial" or "No data" after you submit. It's a soft hint — it doesn't block submission, but it helps you catch gaps.

If the preview flags a pillar as partial or empty, you can go back to the relevant step (Financial, People, Operational, Priorities, or Transformation) and fill in the missing fields before submitting.

📝 Note — It's a prediction, not a block The preview predicts coverage based on your inputs; it won't stop you from submitting with gaps. Sometimes partial data is acceptable (for example, you genuinely don't track a metric). Use the preview to make an informed choice rather than to feel forced into completeness.

💡 Tip — Aim for full coverage where you can A fully-populated submission gives you the most accurate composite score and the richest advisory. If a pillar is partial, your score for it is less complete — fill what you can, and accept gaps only where you genuinely lack the data.
